A great mortgage that is tailored to suit your particular needs is far superior than a mortgage with just a great interest rate. You may need a mortgage with great Prepayment options, or Clearly defined Prepayment Penalties. You may need a mortgage that is coupled with a line of credit. You may need a mortgage that grants you enhanced payment options such as 20% Monthly Payment increase, or 20% Annual Lump Sum that is payable any time you wish...not just on your mortgage anniversary date. You may need a mortgage with the option to be moved to another property if you sell yours. You may need a mortgage that allows another person to take over it. You may need a mortgage with a lender that has a great online presence that provides you the freedom to adjust your mortgage payments when you want to. You may need a mortgage that comes with Cash Back to help you with some immediate improvements. You may need a mortgage that extends a complimentary home warranty for the 1st year you enter into the mortgage. ETC, Etc, etc.
...all that said, it doesn't hurt to have a great rate! We can normally do it all. We will make sure to explore all the options available. Whether you take a Fixed rate, or an Adjustable rate - it will be a great one!
